We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details accurately. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to lighting , photography or screen differences.

Product availability and pricing of products are subject to change without prior notice .

3. Payment Policy

• At Rimox Clothing, all payments must be made in full at the time of purchase according to availble offers. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
• We accept secure online payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All transactions are processed through trusted, encrypted payment gateway (razor pay) to protect your information.
• If a payment fails but the amount is debited, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately. In such cases, we will not be responsible for delays caused by processing errors.
• Prices listed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.
• Refunds or cancellations, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, solely at our discretion, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Shipping Policy

• At Rimox Clothing, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time.
• All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5–6 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery within India normally takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. During busy seasons or sales, slight delays may occur.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct while placing the order, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
• If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please accept the parcel and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Rimoxclothing@gmail.com with photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review and assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.

At Rimox Clothing / Shree Bhagwati Silk Mills, we process every order with care to ensure timely dispatch. Since most of our fabrics are cut to order, we have a limited cancellation window. Please review the policy below.

5. Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by reaching out to us on details mentioned in contact details.
• If the cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method or as store credit, solely at our discretion.
• Once an order has been processed or fabric has been cut, it cannot be cancelled.
• Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you refuse to accept the shipment upon delivery, no refund or credit will be issued.
• Customised, pre-cut, or made-to-measure fabrics cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed, as these are prepared specifically for you.

6. Refund Timeline

• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment or as store credit, solely at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• All logos, images, designs, and content displayed on this website are the property of Rimox Clothing . Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total value of the order placed.
